Refund Policy

Projects are custom digital services scoped and priced before work begins. Because time and deliverables are project-specific, refunds are limited and handled case by case as described below.

If you have paid a deposit or invoice and work has not started, you may request a full refund within seven (7) days of payment, provided no kickoff work, research, design, or development has begun. Once work has started with your knowledge, this window no longer applies.

Once work has begun, payments for completed milestones or completed work are non-refundable. If a project is cancelled mid-way by mutual agreement, you may receive a partial refund for unused prepaid work that has not yet been performed, minus a reasonable fee for work already delivered and time already spent.

If Spectre cancels a project for reasons other than your breach of the Terms of Service, you will receive a refund for undelivered prepaid work.

After final deliverables are handed over and accepted (or deemed accepted under the Terms of Service), payments are non-refundable. Bug fixes covered by an agreed post-launch window will be addressed as support, not as grounds for a refund.

Revision rounds included in your written scope are the primary remedy for feedback during a project. Dissatisfaction with aesthetic preference alone, after agreed revisions are used, does not entitle you to a refund if the deliverables match the agreed scope.

Please contact Spectre before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in suspension of support and collection of amounts still owed for delivered work.

Email spctrxs@gmail.com or message Discord @spctrxs with your name, payment reference, project name, and reason for the request. Eligible refunds are typically processed to the original payment method within 5–15 business days after approval.
